On your arrival, you will be welcomed by our lovely caretaker Nikos.

He will show you around and explain everything you need and might want to know about the Villa or the Village.

The cleaning lady will have prepared the house and the beds.

She will come one time a week to sweep and maintain the yards and the garden.

Household linen and hand towels are provided, beds will be ready for your arrival.

Cleaning at the end of the week, laundry and ironing:

Between 180€ and 220€, depending on the number of occupants.

If you wish an extra cleaning service for a few hours per day or a cook to prepare a Greek dinner, we can put to you in relation with the concerned, independently of rental fee.

If you wish to rent a boat, car, motor bike, Vespa… we will gladly forward you the contact details of the Syvota agency which will take care of your reservations.
